Tilmicosin Phosphate

Composition

Ethopabate: 5 mg
Sulphaquinoxaline: 60 mg
Vitamin K₃: 2 mg
Vitamin C: 20 mg

Description

Coctreat-EP is a scientifically formulated anticoccidial and antimicrobial combination designed for targeted synergistic efficacy.

Amprolium acts as a competitive antagonist of thiamine, inducing a thiamine deficiency in protozoa to disrupt their cellular metabolism. Sulphaquinoxaline functions as a competitive antagonist of para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), halting the metabolic processes of protozoa as well as various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Amprolium and sulphaquinoxaline work in synergy to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Ethopabate broadens the spectrum of activity twofold and helps overcome potential microbial resistance that may develop against the amprolium and sulphaquinoxaline combination.

Vitamin K3 is included to prevent hemorrhage, while vitamin C serves as an anti-stress factor and promotes collagen synthesis to facilitate the repair of intestinal ulcers.
