Composition

Each gm of Stomaplex Vet Powder contains:

Ammonium bicarbonate BP 0.25 gm.

Nux vomica BP 0.07 gm.

Sodium bicarbonate BP 0.65 gm.

Gentian powder BP 0.015 gm.

Ginger powder BP 0.015 gm.

Indications

Ruminants:

Stomaplex-Vet is indicated for the management of indigestion, inappetence, anorexia, gastritis, and ruminal impaction.

The formulation also provides restoration and balancing of bicarbonate ions depleted due to heat stress and environmental conditions.

It is additionally used for antacid therapy and gastritis relief.

The product aids in the stimulation of saliva, bile, and digestive enzyme secretion.

It delivers a carminative action for the expulsion of gases and enhancement of gastric juice excretion, providing relief from dyspepsia, flatulence, and colic.

The treatment serves as an effective antispasmodic therapy.

It is further utilized in the adjunctive management of rheumatic arthritis, paralysis, and nervous weakness.

Dosage & Administration

Cattle & Buffalo:

For 100–300 kg body weight: 1–2 sachets (20–40 g).

For 301–500 kg body weight: 3 sachets (60 g).

Calves, Sheep & Goats:

For 15–25 kg body weight: ¼–½ sachet (5–10 g).

For 25 kg or above body weight: ½–1 sachet (10–20 g).

Route of Administration: Mix the required quantity of the drug in 1–2 L of drinking water and apply twice daily for 2–3 days.

Or as directed by a registered veterinary physician.

Contraindications

Stomaplex Vet powder is contraindicated in animals hypersensitive to active ingredients.

Side Effects

At recommended doses, it is relatively safe.
