Moxilin Vet is a semisynthetic, broad-spectrum penicillin with bactericidal activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It eliminates bacteria by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis.

With medicine: Administration of Amoxicillin with bacteriostatic drugs (Chloramphenicol, Erythromycin, Tetracycline & sulfonamide, etc) may show antagonistic effects. With food & others: No interaction is known.
Contraindicated in animals hypersensitive to Amoxicillin.
Common: In some cases, hypersensitivity reactions and local irritation may occur. Rare: None reported.
Animal studies did not demonstrate any risk to the fetus. However, risk and necessity should be considered during administration in pregnant and lactating animals.
Amoxicillin is ineffective against beta-lactamase enzyme-producing bacteria. Use cautiously in animals who are documented hypersensitive to other beta-lactam antibiotics eg cephalosporin, cefamycins, carbapenems.
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
