Composition
Each gram of powder contains Erythromycin Thiocyanate INN 180 mg, Sulfadiazine BP 150 mg, and Trimethoprim BP 30 mg.
Indications
Poultry:
Erisen-Vet is indicated for the treatment of infectious coryza, pullorum disease, fowl typhoid, fowl cholera, colisepticemia, enteritis, bronchopneumonia, and chronic respiratory disease (CRD).
The formulation is specially indicated against the aforementioned conditions, particularly when other antibiotics and chemotherapeutics fail to work effectively due to resistance problems.
It is highly active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
The preparation also exhibits good efficacy against Mycoplasma, Campylobacter, Rickettsia, and Chlamydia.
It remains effective even at low doses.
The formulation additionally prevents mixed infections.
Dosage & Administration
Route of Administration: Oral via drinking water. Prepare freshly each day.
Poultry: 5–10 g per liter of drinking water for 3–5 consecutive days.
Or as directed by the registered veterinary physician.
